Buy!Sell!Trade!manifesto for emerging business
The most dynamic societies in the world are the ones that
    have the most entrepreneurs.
Because entrepreneurs create all Wealth, all Jobs and
all Opportunities in the nation, they are the most important
people in a Free Market Economy--and there are never enough
    of them.
When you vote, remember: it’s an economically-minded government
that will create simple business and legal infrastructures to
encourage and motivate the entrepreneur. In return,
entrepreneurial-minded Gung-ho Joe’s will spin any economy out of
economic deadlock.
Entrepreneurial energy, creativity and motivation initiate
the production and sale of new products and services. Those
seeking opportunities to profit can do so by satisfying
unsatisfied needs.
So, go forth and seek and find gaps between wants and needs
of customers against the available products and services -- then
find ways to fill that gap. Whatever you come up with, there’s
your opportunity.
But there are a few things emerging Gung Ho Joe’s have
gotta know. Things like…
  • Success is possible but you have to be willing to risk
resources in the pursuit of your economic freedom.
  • You gotta be fast moving and flexible and willing to change
    quickly with new information.
  • Be persistent and determined to succeed.
  • Don’t censure the competition; instead, sell against the
competition by creating perceptions of difference and
    uniqueness in products and services.
  • Continually seek ways to offer products and services in a
more attractive way than anything else available.
  • Deal effectively with business legalities and governmental
    requirements.
  • Always satisfy regulations and acquire necessary licenses to
    do business.
  • Learn and develop excellent problem solving techniques and
continually seek solutions to address the always-nearby chaos.
  • Set up the internal business systems, processes, procedures
and bookkeeping necessary for operating a successful business.
  • Develop a natural instinct for sensing the financial
    condition of your business.
  • Stay intensely focused on sales, cash flow and revenue at all
    times.
So WillyWonka, do you got what it takes? If so, think this
through.
What opportunities exist TODAY for you to create or bring
Whateveryougot! to the market? It’s gotta be something that people
want, need and are willing to pay for. What are your three best
opportunities?
Where are the best opportunities for you to profit by
bringing people, money and other factors together to create
Whateveryougot! that people want?
Use your creativity rather than your money to find
new/better/cheaper ways to sell Whateveryougot! or to reduce your
operation costs.
Tell yourself continually that FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. Be
willing to move out of your comfy chair and take necessary risks
to start and build your business. 1010101

Albuquerque's Funkiest Shopping
Foxes in search of food enter into the grape orchards and devour the grapes and spoil the
crop. Even worse, the littlest foxes, too small to reach the grape bunches, chew on the vines
which kills the whole vine. So, instead of just losing a crop, we lose a vine, which is even more
    terrible.
By the same logic, compromising in business and in work ethics in little things only opens
the door for foxes, trolls and other ugly things to creep in.
Case in point, in the not-so-recent past the USA was a nation known for it’s quality
workmanship - kind of like the Italy or Germany of today. And, once upon a time, other countries
were actually seeking to buy merchandise with the Made in USA mark.
Alas, in the world of 2005 the few sloppy products produced in the Land of the Free seem
    derivative and boring.
And, the never-ending drama and dilemma facing our car manufacturers only push the point
further. From the Best to mediocre in only a couple of generations? Yikes! What’s the problem?
    Where did we go wrong?
This problem goes to the root of the matter and the ugly fact is this - many people were not
taught proper work habits and now have difficulty DOING or even holding on to a job.
Who is training our population? It’s not the schools, it’s not the employers, and it’s not even
    the parents.
Chances are, if you see a kid with a messy room, not far away are parents who neglected to
train this kid how to work.
And, training involves more than just teaching. The best teachers teach not only the procedure for
doing a task, but also a set of values for producing that task.
No matter what reasons we give for the neglectful training, it’s obvious no one has taken the
necessary time to train our offspring properly.
Hey knucklehead! Get out of my way! Is the mantra of every mover and shaker in town.
Even sleepy Albuquerque has joined the IN A BIG HURRY WORLD which by it’s very
nature is a BIG hindrance to good and thoughtful workmanship.
Slothfulness, shoddy workmanship and disorganized systems reflect a lack of caring. Many
people take short cuts that hamper the quality of their work, just to finish the task and eliminate the
momentary problems. Later the job must be repeated - which wastes time.
Since no one is teaching anyone, THEN Everyone needs to make it a priority to help Anyone
we meet who’s struggling with bad work habits. And this doesn’t mean you get license to be a
BIG KNOW IT ALL. (If you have BKIT tendencies that can’t be controlled, then maybe you can
sit this practice out.) Nonetheless, we all need to step up and teach each other how to do a good
job, and how to do our own best.
Remember: Teaching is communicating knowledge while Training involves conveying a
value system. Good teachers who teach good values along with proper instruction produce quality
    schooling and the best workers.
So, our responsibilities whether we asked for them or not, as freethinking earthlings we need
to reach out and help and teach those around us. 101010
